TQG DURING COVID-19
TGQ is testing the waters and accepting new work beginning May 21, 2020. St Louis City has okayed resuming some businesses and our quilting service falls into that category. Here is what to expect when you come in:
A mask must be worn to enter the Pierce Arrow Building and, once inside the building, sanitizing products are available for customer use. TGQ has hand sanitizer as well and we will be wearing masks.
For drop offs:
We will view your quilt in the main hall which allows us to easily maintain a six-foot distance from each other.
Pattern options will be projected on the large TV screen on the wall in our studio and standing at the threshold, but not entering our space, will allow you to see the options and make your choice.
Thread options will be brought out to place upon your quilt and you can decide which thread(s) you want used on your quilt. Paperwork will be completed in the hall to gather need date, contact info, etc.
For pick-ups:
We will have your quilt displayed on a rack in the main hall. Then it will be folded to take home. If you prefer it packaged, we will have it ready, along with your remnants and invoice. Payment can be left on the small table outside our door.
Our goal is keeping you, our building, our space, and ourselves safe, join us!
